I don't have AOL but I am seeing an AOL error when trying to view the feeds, why?

If you are seeing the error that states: "To view this content using AOL", make sure that you are logged into your Superpass account before you try using the Reloader.

You can login to your Superpass account by starting up RealPlayer. Once you are sure that you are logged in, you then can start the Reloader and never worry about seeing this error.

To login to your SuperPass:

1. Start up Real Player
2. In the Real Player address bar, go to: http://superpass.real.com
3. In the top right hand corner click, Sign In
4. Enter your Email Address and Password
5. Complete the sign in process and close Real Player
