My feeds are all choppy and not playing smoothly, how can I fix this?
If you are consistently experiencing time out problems, or your feeds are running drastically slower than normal, please follow the below directions very closely to improve the performance.
Test your connection speed.
1. In RealPlayer, click the Tools menu, and then select Preferences. The Preferences box opens.
2. In the Category pane, click Connection.
3. Click the Test Connection button, then the Perform Test button to determine your current connection speed.
4. Click the Update button to set your minimum bandwidth preference.
5. Click OK.
6. Try to load a feed again
Configure your personal firewall or security software to allow the Reloader access to the Internet.
Firewalls must be configured to allow bbreloader.exe in (C:Program Files\BB9 Reloader) to have two-way access to the Internet before audio or video can be played. Consult the manufacturer of your firewall software if you are unsure how to grant this access.
If your live feeds are still choppy and not playing smoothly, we recommend performing the following adjustments:
Start up Real Player and under the connection settings select "Network Transports" and in the UDP Ports selection, select:
Use Specific UDP Ports 7070-7071
If this option is already checked, try unchecking it and replaying the feeds.
You should now have 100% efficiency in your streaming feeds.
