Why are my screenshots all black?

If your screenshots are all black then you need to change some settings in Real Player. 

1. Start up Real Player and go to TOOLS > PREFERENCES > HARDWARE and drag the Video Card Compatibility slider all the way down to most reliable. 

2. It should then say "Disable Optimized Video and Overlays". 

3. Save your settings and then exit Real Player.

Now when you take screenshots in the Reloader you'll actually see them!
