Why can't I move the Reloader when it's recording a feed?

The Reloader records a portion of your screen where the console is located.  If you ever used Camtasia Studio or Snagit to record feeds in the past, it's very similar to this process. 

The reason you cannot move the console is because it's recording the location that it currently sits.  If you could move it, you wouldn't be recording the feed anymore.
