Can I use older versions of the Reloader with this season?
You will need to purchase the new version of the Reloader in order to use it with this season's live feeds. Previous versions of the Reloader will not work. The reason being is that each season we build a newer version of the Reloader that will work with the new season's feeds.
We also take the time in the off-season to add many new features that our customers have requested during the previous Big Brother season.
If you already have a SuperPass you will need to purchase the Reloader each season. If you don't have a SuperPass, you can get the Reloader for free with your SuperPass.
If you would like to get the Reloader for free, simply let us refer you to the SuperPass purchase page and we'll earn a percentage of the sale. This will allow us to then send you the Reloader for free! :)
